PolyBreeze International is owned by a New Zealand group of shareholders, the largest of whom is Charles Bree, the Managing Director of PolyBreeze International and the inventor of the Breezepod system. Mr. Bree has an extensive background in Polyethylene.

PolyBreeze International intends to license the technology in key markets overseas. However, as a precursor to being able to sell licenses it is important that a market model is established. Accordingly, PolyBreeze International's initial business focus will be on selling the concept in New Zealand and Australia.
